Built on more than 20 years in industrial thermal systems.

Sakis has held senior technical, commercial and general-management roles with TLV, Armstrong International and Spirax Sarco. This included serving as UK & Ireland General Manager and leading global services across 67 operating companies within a FTSE 100 industrial engineering group.

The work has involved industrial utilities, steam-system performance, service development, site support, commercial strategy and the practical realities of implementing change across different plants, organisations and markets.

02 — THE PERSPECTIVE

Technical detail matters. So does the decision around it.

Technical detail matters. So does the decision around it.

A technically attractive solution can still fail because the operating assumptions, maintenance realities, commercial incentives or implementation sequence have not been tested properly.

Plant reality

How the site actually operates, including uptime, access, controls, water quality, contamination risk, maintenance capacity and operator workload.

Evidence before optimism

Whether the technical, financial and operational assumptions are supported by evidence rather than inherited from the preferred project narrative.

A decision people can act on

A clear view of what is practical now, what remains uncertain and what should happen next.

03 — DIFFERENT ROLES, CLEAR BOUNDARIES

EcoPath can support both independent review and decision-condition closure.

EcoPath can support both independent review and decision-condition closure.

Independent decision review

Testing assumptions, options and risks before significant capital is committed.

Focused site support

Addressing a defined steam, thermal-utilities, heat-recovery or operating-performance question.

Decision Condition Review

A short, fixed-scope engagement to close specific conditions identified during a Decision Integrity Review. EcoPath does not take over engineering, implementation, procurement or project delivery.

The role EcoPath is performing — and any relevant commercial relationship — is made clear before the engagement begins.

05 — WORKING STYLE

Focused, direct and grounded in the evidence available.

Focused, direct and grounded in the evidence available.

Engagements begin with the question that needs answering. The scope, evidence required, outputs, commercial basis and boundaries are agreed before work begins.

01

Understand the plant before judging the proposal.

02

State uncertainty rather than disguise it.

03

Separate useful action from attractive theory.

04

Write findings for the people who need to decide and act.

06 — INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT

Supporting industrial organisations internationally.

EcoPath is available for focused remote work, site assignments and project support across Greece, the UK, Europe and other international locations where the experience is relevant.
